Experience is the reality! This hands-on training will focus on helping actors
to build a strong foundation and learn experientially how to use practical tools and techniques in creating interesting and
believable characters as well as analyzing scenes. Actors will learn the principles of Feredrick M. Alexander Technique,
Sanford Meisner's Technique, and Michael Chekhov's Technique in relation to character development and developing authentic
acting style. The training will also teach actors how to successfully integrate the physical with psychological components
involved in creating mesmerizing characters and powerful scenes. The workshop is designed to help actors hone their
craft through building new skills as they learn how to apply the learned techniques to build a strong foundation in relation
to scene preparation, scene analysis, and on-camera acting.

• Physical and vocal warm-up
• Cold reading, scene analysis, and scene work
• Learning principles of Chekhov's
technique

• Improvisation: Mind-body-intuition training
• On-camera solo and dual scene
work

So to sum it up:
1. Classes are intensive, with a 4-week minimum commitment-with four sessions per week
2. Classes are 4 hours long
3. There will be class-generated projects/presentations,
either on film or on stage
4. Regular attendance is very important. Actors are expected to arrive on time and participate in all training
activities/group presentations
